RETURN& REFUND

1、30 days return policy

We support a 30-day return policy. If your shipment is older than 30 days, unfortunately we are unable to process your return and refund.

We support returns based on the following conditions: ①, the item must be unused; ②, the item must be in its original packaging; ③ the item must be in the same condition as when you received it

You are not completely satisfied with the product (not because of product problems), you can return the product within 30 days of purchase (counting from receipt of the product), but the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and needs to be deducted 15% of the order shipping cost and needs to cover the return shipping cost.

2、Return process

When you decide to return the product, you can contact us in advance at Ikapeaftersale@outlook.com with your order number and a picture of the product condition in the email. If your return request is accepted, we will reply to you in the email on how to send your package. Sending back a package to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Of course, when you are not satisfied with the product and then contact us, we will try to resolve the problem for you to avoid unnecessary returns!

3、Damaged and incorrect products or problems feedback process

Please check after receiving your order, if the goods are defective, damaged or received in error, please contact us immediately at Ikapeaftersale@outlook.com so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

4、Exchange process

We only exchange damaged products, incorrect products, incorrect sizes, or defective products. If you need an exchange, please contact us at aftersale@bysteadymind.com

5、Refund

When we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and inform you of the inspection result and refund request result, you will automatically get your refund in your original payment method, during which you can contact us by email if you have any questions. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6、Other

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
